The first mannequin arrived damaged the neck was broken the cover was dirty and looked as if someone had wiped a floor with it also the base was white not what i had ordered

However seller did replace quickly and the second mannequin was of much better quality the cover was in a sealed bag there were washers for the base screws the fixing for the body is metal and was actually the light wood base colour i had ordered

My one criticism is that it doesn’t come with instructions and although i tried to put it together myself it’s definitely a two person job
