I am very pleased with the product
Realizing it is still new i would recommend this product
Though the small bottle of oil was included with the machine this step is not listed on the instructions included with the machine
The product replaced another shredder that lasted a few months
Price
The 5 amp motor is much more powerful than most mediumduty shredders and the expense has been well worth the cost
Packaging/appearance
Right now i simply reuse the bags they gave me
Competitiveness
I like the shredder and it was a replacement for a fellowes 79ci which i had for almost 9 years
There are a few pet peeves i can live with such as1
The size of the shreds are the same as the older shredders as well as the competitors
Mine was shipped in a heavyduty double wall box and be aware it weighs in at 40 pounds

Namely it would not shred the volume of paper as it originally did and sometimes showed overload with only a few sheets of paper

Nothing seems to stop this shredder and the stressontheunit indicator light rarely budges off of one light

The only negative thing i can say others may see as a positive and that is the bin is large and consequently the unit itself is quite big

The advertising pictures show it just fitting under a standard height desk but it is unusable like that since the feed slot would be covered
