Pros

It is significantly more expensive than lesser machines, but lesser is definitely the defining characteristic to note. Operation is intuitive.

This shredder is noiseless. It does not jam (just reverse out and overload of paper - no problem) it reminds my of my last fellowes shredder except this is its bigger, stronger, quieter more secure grandson.

This is a quality cross-cut shredder that blows right through thick, stapled stacks. The junk mail shredding capability is phenomenal. Great cross shredding.

The bin is large enough and very easy to empty without spilling everywhere. Emptying the bin is easy.

Sensor for full pail is perfect.

Cons

The fellowes shredder is a disappointing purchase. The sensors were somehow damaged. Once it starts shredding, it never stops until you pull the plug. The hand sensor goes off and it stops, it's frustrating to use!
