I dont know if its the outer covering or the gel inside but whichever it is it just stinks

I was hoping the odor would decrease over time but when it didnt i tried washing it a couple of times with soap and water which seamed to help while the rest was still wet

At work we have had two new units in as many months and both have failed the same way within a few weeks of arrival
