I don't know if it's the outer covering or the gel inside, but whichever it is it just stinks.

I was hoping the odor would decrease over time, but when it didn't i tried washing it a couple of times with soap and water which seamed to help while the rest was still wet.

At work, we have had two new units in as many months, and both have failed the same way within a few weeks of arrival.

All they can do is ship a replacement, which then fails the same way.

Unfortunately, their customer service people didn't really seem to have a process to handle a design/quality problem report.
