Pros

The * ekg is beautiful and easy to use. One button/knob combo keeps the unit simple and helps with style. The temperature control screen is a great feature and the control knob feels nice.

It looks so at home on my countertop! There is a link to the seller just under the shipping label, as there is in practically all of amazon's offerings. The matte white color is beautiful.

Thumb rest makes it easy to control your pour. Temperature regulator works well.

It heats far faster than a stovetop kettle, to whatever temp i want. It holds it until i’m ready without whistling and making a fuss.

The hold function is very convenient. The water boils quickly and you can adjust the temperature easily. I also wish there was a function to indicate when the water reaches your desired/set temperature.

Cons

I have no idea how stakeholders of fellow approved of this product. Spent an hour doing this and also trying to get non-existent support. I understand the situation companies are in, but trying to overcome the lack of customer service with cute memes ... Read More

It looks nice, but that is about it (all look, no functionality). Would not replace. It seems this model has a design defect where it's not specific to the kettle itself but the design is actually flawed.

It's stuff like this that irritate and frustrate me about a very expensive product. It looks nice and feels nice, but is the roughly $80 markup worth it for an objectively inferior product?

The base for the kettle is faulty. The lids are plastic, the thermal walls are minimal. The four mechanisms you interact with are embarrassing.

Packaging/appearance

It was extremely well packaged nestled safely in the fellow box it came in plus two outer boxes

Plus it is beautiful on my counter and its delight to pick up and pour

Gave it as christmas gift to daughter she was very happy with it

They now offer a nongooseneck version and although i like the look of ours i think id opt for the other one just to avoid spillage
