Pros
The gooseneck pours really precisely so is perfect for pour over or aeropress. It boils quickly and holds your desired temperature really well. I use it for gong fu tea sessions and it is really useful.
It is beautiful to look at and works effortlessly.
An excellent electric kettle, that heats very quickly. Built in timer and hold temperature function are extremely practical and useful. The temperature format selection feature of celsius or fahrenheit is handy.
Cons
System is very difficult to navigate and it is next to impossible to speak to a real person. It sticks or it doesn't react or is starts a timer instead of doing what it is supposed to do. Sometimes it refuses to turn off.
