My only complaint is that its a little too expensive for me, but hey, i order it anyway. Good product. Fast shipping. Delightful fresh taste.

Made merlot reduction with lingonberries and served with rack of lamb. Neither too sweet nor too tart. There is no other fruit that duplicates the balance of tart and sweet.

The berries in the jam are about the size of currants which makes for an interesting texture. Not too chunky, but has enough body to hold up to a good spread. Makes a nice cranberry sauce alternative, just a bit sweeter.
