Quality and durability make the money worth spending. The little tool that comes with them is priceless. Misplace and find them a lot.
I'm older and my hands get sorer than before. This pruners protects the hands from fatigue and injury.
This is my second one because i lost my first one outdoors. Can be purchased left or right handed.
Cons
When cutting evergreens (like junipers) the resin coming out of them gums up the blades and the spring is not strong enough to open the pruner blades. The ones that arrive are fake. Do not buy.

Not cheap but absolutely the best you can get
To purchase these locally i would of paid nearly double the price i paid here
Expensive but definitely worth the money if you are a serious gardener
