Comes with a 26650 battery, a charging cable and 3 duracell c batteries. It has a built in glow-in-the-dark ring on the inside of the lens that glows brightly after you turn the light off. Very professional and durables.

Like a tactical light it starts of high on a single click and cycles through medium and low through single click of the button

The step down from high to medium to low is not well spacedtoo close to each other and the low mode is also very bright

On most of my high quality flashlights once you activate the light after a few seconds of not pressing the power button the next press turns it off
