You also get the kettle bell attachment and the barbell. I love how easily interchangeable it is to go from dumbbells to kettlebells. All without interrupting or slowing down my workout.
Quality is as shown in pics. Great value for the money. It has a lot of versatility. The quality is good, durability and it gets the job done.

Cons
The set is plastic. It keeps unscrewing while doing the workout. Do not want to unscrew and install twice a time in a day. I'm only keeping it because it'll be a hassle to send it back.
A lot of kettlebell exercises become exceptionally difficult when the kettlebell is so large. The bars are a strange length. These weights are very very large. This isn't a huge issue for the most part, but it proves to be problematic.

I havent tried the kettle ball yet but i think you could get 25 5 disks it only takes a few seconds to piece together a full barbell
