Pros
These bears are worth every penny. I use it for menstrual cramps, and migraine and it relieves the pain every time. For moist heat treatment of joint and muscle pain they are perfect.
It heats or chills evenly and holds its temperature for a good long time. Can also be used for cooling purposes.

I dont use them for cold treatment because they dont get very cold or stay cool very long

The little bear on the other hand just lies snugly across the ache wearing its terrycloth skin protector and with no wires or rubber make it unwieldy
