Everything i’ve made so far gets rave reviews. Jeff's mom's oil poached fish with soy, ginger & scallions and the hacked uchi brussels sprouts.
Leek and corn chowder, dutch baby, tomato pie are already regulars in my house. If you are looking for a cookbook that will make you amazing food but also make you laugh this is for you!
It's a massive confidence-booster for anyone, regardless of skill level. It feels like a comforting talk with a friend, a hug across the table. It's like chatting with your best friend while getting the scoop on her amazing dishes.

This book is full of real talk and laughter and is quickly becoming one of my ultimate all time faves! The book is funny and sassy and makes you feel like you can make anything!
