Pros
A sure sign that i am going to thoroughly enjoy a book is when i can fully escape into the book, which i did in this book. That is one aspect that keeps the reader guessing. This book definitely deserves more than 5 stars!
The pacing is just right to keep readers engaged. Ftn is a suspenseful story, with lots of twists and unexpected turns that had me intrigued from start til the last page.
The premise and plot are well-defined and fully-realized. The characters are strong and supportive. Do they all have facades?
Who is a drifter and now at 29 wants to put her roots in a forever home. Now at 29 she is tired of drifting and seems that in her travels the small island of palmetto island is calling to her.
Alison uncovers a human bone on her property. She meets a local teen and her mother who warn her about a local man being strange.
Cons
This one is so disjointed and it feels so amateurishly written, it's just hard to get through. The main character is horribly unlikable and dumber than a box of rocks. This same character constantly talks about having her weapon in her purse, and cont... Read More
