Pros
This stand is sturdy, easy to assemble and is just high enough to get away. It is durable and nice looking (for a cat condo) easy to assembled and feels pretty sturdy.
The basket is huge for an adult cat which is awesome bc my boy loves laying in there but it makes the whole tower wobble. This is the first cat tree that is big enough for my 13lb cat to comfortably use everything.
It's just the right height. It's a plus that it's not too high and tippy. This stays in place even when he jumps in it like he's crazy. Now he’s sleeping at the top as u can see in the photo lol.
Cons
The bed on the top is nice, but after a few uses, the cushion around the edge began to droop down so it looks more like a flat cushion now. Unfortunately they love to claw the inside of the material as it is very rough. My cat is not a playful kitten ... Read More

The instructions were not as specific as they could have been in a couple of places so it took me longer to assemble than it could have
