Pros
Seems durable. Much nicer than expected for the price. Otherwise, it's 100% stable and the cats adore it.
The top height is finally above the window rim without being too high. It's tall enough that my cat can lay there, soak in the sun and people watch outside. It has a wall-mount attachment and screw+drywall anchor.
The cubby is roomy. One of my cats likes the bed on top and the cubby hole, which is gratifying.
Cons
The basket is on the verge of breaking. The pillars look sturdy and like they're made of plastic inside, but they're cardboard with a plastic cap at the ends. Returning it to the chinese company is a nightmare.
My 7 months kittens jumping on it makes it wobble. The bed on the top is nice, but after a few uses, the cushion around the edge began to droop down so it looks more like a flat cushion. Thaw concept is great but this is just too lightweight for adult... Read More

The top bed with the bolsters on one side the bolster is not sewn to the bed so it doesn’t bolster it rolls flat

When installing the ramp it looked like the alignment would be off but there’s a different screw and it makes the pieces fit correctly

He stays in there hours on day whether its sleeping in the bowl up top or just scratching the post for a couple minutes
