The quality of these trees is so above other companies. Great quality over all and definitely worth the price. Also came with extra pom poms. Awsome product. Highly highly recommended for such a fabulous and well priced product.

The fabric collects his hair and needs to be vacuumed monthly. It hasn't become an eyesore. Only drawback is the carpet is very thin and off where cat scratched within 2 weeks.
Cons
Such a disappointing purchase. Warranty is for 30 months. They probably crank these out of a factory with a 70% profit margin.

Just watch the underside edge of some of the platforms they are very sharp if you nick it the wrong way

And it would have been really nice had they extended the sisal up to the tops of each of those little posts my cats end up scratching the carpet above the sisal and not the sisal itself
