Pros

The recycling doesn't bother me since i don't do this program daily,i mix and match with other dvds. Price is very reasonable.

Fé fit's tag line is to inspire moms of all ages to get fit and stay fit. I normally do kettlebell workouts and swing a 20lb kettlebell but a 3lb weight with fe fit really kicks my *!

Cons

For what you get, the cost of the deluxe is so not worth it. The exercise ring is flimsy and weak at best.
