Pros
Large tube is more economical than the little squibs at the store. I wish it came in larger containers. Smell is a bit off putting, but what you get for in payoff, is worth putting up with.
It works exactly as advertised. It is a professional iron and it works perfectly. This is what i do.
Cons
It is very liquidy and evaporates as soon as it touches the hot iron. It appears to be the exact same goo as the stuff sold by rowentra which did not work for me either.
Only used a handful of times. It is messy. Makes this produce overly expensive.

I always like to try diy and often it is faster cheaper and less toxic than commercial solutions but this time skip the homemade and use this stuff
