Water tastes better and is less cloudy my wife who wouldnt drink from tap as said tastes funny now happily drinks the water from the tap have recommended to friends the device is not working properly when i operated the tap it was losing water from the sides

Im so upset as i live in an area where it has hard water great product was leaking between filter and main tap at first then realised hadnt put o e of the small washers in the adapter first so took it of dropped washer in then screwed adapter up on tap then dropped larger one down and screwed in the filter problem solved no more leaks on side suspect thats why some are having issues
