Pros

There’s nothing to dislike about this product. They work fantastic. Not a major problem just more of a minor inconvenience.

These fat gripz are an excellent addition to my workout gear. Anabolic results. I think that there would be a lasting benefit to using these if you integrated it into your routine.

Fat gripz have helped me during my wrist recovery as i had an injury during a martial arts sparring. Definitely recommend these to anyone looking to increase their grip strength.

Cons

The odor of rubber is very obvious out of the box and the smell sticks to your hands. This has one of the worst rubber smells of any equipment i've tried. The other one is fine but what can i do with just one grip?

I put them on 20lb dumbbells to try it out at first and they felt at least 10lbs heavier right away
