Pros & Cons

Pros

Fat daddio products are the best. Clean up was a breeze. Good investment. Worth every penny.

It works perfect for quiche’s and small cakes. Inch pans are becoming more common as people gravitate toward small batch baking. I use 1 little 6”pan to make a cake for myself and it's perfect for 1,2 o3 people too!

Cons

The model that was ordered is prd-33. Don't use the dishwasher, even just to rinse. Makes me a little wary to use the pan now…wondering what kind of stuff will flake off into my food.

Buy parrish magic line. This is ridiculous.

Noticeable pitting after two uses. Even after coating it in nonstick spray for nearly a year. And that makes it very difficult to clean, even after soaking for a long time.

Sturdy and smooth fully formed from one piece so there are no nooks and crannies to leak with a rolled edge at the top

This cake pan is so thick and coke your cake evenly

The thick aluminum disperses heat evenly so you don’t get that center dome in your cakes

Price

A bit pricey for a cake pan but you get what you pay for

Also the pan stays hot much longer than other bakeware ive used so if you leave the cake in the pan you may dry it out

You still need to be mindful to prep them for an easier release of your cake but theyre more forgiving than most pans
