Nothing bakes as evenly, cleans up as easily, or has held up as my fat daddios pans. The pan is 3 deep and the bake was very even. Items baked in the instant pot often have a moister texture than those baked in a conventional oven.

The 6 x 3” pan is perfect for quiche’s and small cakes. When we serve an 8-inch cake we always have way too much leftover.

Don't use the dishwasher, even just to rinse. It looks like part of the coating washed off with the soap and water. Soaked it and soaked it some more, still had issues cleaning it.

Used once and ruined after first use. Not sure of other products by fat daddio. This is ridiculous!
