Pros

Love the concept of the 'flip' pricey but works great. These are the coolest things!

It eliminates quite a few turns for manually lifting a trailer and just pops up out of the way on its own. Definitely reduces the amount of jack travel for the rv hitch.

Installation takes about 30 seconds. I am a mechanic so installation was easy for me, but if you know how to use a drill and be able to read simple instructions it should be very easy for anyone.

Cons

This is for pavement princess trailers only. We choose not to do so since it does not state so on the instructions. The small piece of steel that is supposed to keep the stand from flapping forward, breaks very easy. This allows the trailer to fall of... Read More

The flip jack just drops right down and when it contacts the ground it lifts off the ball

The delivery service that delivered this item in such poor condition was actually fedex not ups as i incorrectly stated in my comment

But i cant recall the last time getting a package delivered by ups or anyone else this messed up

Amazingly there was enough of the package left to contain the contents undamaged
