Was able to gut it and use this button as a replacement. Works like a charm. Works very well and it solved a engine starting problem i was having!

Not technically waterproof with exposed terminals but the switch is super solid and quite large at that kind of threw me off guard when i received it

I did find it odd that the back side of the button where the wiring terminals are is free to spin and not anchored solid

This in no way prevents the button from working apparently so i guess it is designed that way

The large nut used to hold the unit in the dash panel is very thin and collapsible mine was useless after only very slight tightening and a substitute had to be found very difficult for that thread size and pitch
