At first i kept getting a message that no signal was received but found that it preferred another hdmi cable to another one

If the fan stops working or is not working properly i can see the unit overheating and shutting off as some other reviewers have posted

Im a teacher and needed a projector for classroom use and yes as i have to pay for it out of my own pocket i was intentionally being cheap

Was nervous to purchase at first because of some very negative reviews about it being a piece of crap but i think those people need to remember to keep in mind what they paid for the product when assessing the product

The reason i was motivated to buy a projector is because i just moved into a studio and dont watch too much tv and didnt want to front the money for a decent sized system but wanted something that i could turn on with guests over
