Pros

This righty/lefty tape is wonderful. It looks and feels sturdy. Quality is as good as tapes costing twice as much.

Even though it's cluttered everything is easy to read. This pretty much eliminates mistakes. Throughout my home improvement adventures and numerous measuring tapes that have conveniently disappeared.

Cons

The lock is a thin plastic. Eventually it simply breaks and you can't lock it anymore.
