Pros
These are expensive, but they are worth every penny. I used several to support ceiling joists that potentially carried a roof load while removing a bearing wall.
The adjusting is easy to do with one hand. The black guide line helps to line up the pin to a hole. Good product, handy and well made.
Great addition to any cache of tools. These make one of those unnecessary. I am very confident you will find them even more useful than i have.
Cons
The lack of durability is my issue with this product. It is best to use what each one was designed for, or be aggravated by the lack of compatibility that each system exhibits. What a disappointment.
The weight of all four poles in the bag is amazingly heavy. They are difficult to deploy when used to set up dust barriers. You need very strong hands in adjusting the length.

That being said cant say anything negative about quality of poles and accessories
Also i am confused to what magnetic dust free door system to order with the four fastcap poles i have purchased
Work great can be difficult to adjust the length with the metal buttons being difficult to push in and extend the rod

Works better than the industry standard and the price was comperable

With the plastic barrier i set up using these poles it effectively kept the flotsum and jetsum only in the work area

The magnet for holding the plaster for dust barrier would be better if it was glueepoxy to the tool since a couple of them came loose and get magnetized to metal

I cannot seem to push in both sides of the adjustment buttonsthey are extremely hard to depress
