Due to the gap in the bottom i have one device aftermarket qi adapter that this one wont charge

Update although i did not hear back from manufacturer i believe the issues i faced is due to my case having a metal plate behind it for a magnetic car mount likely this caused my phone to overheat and not charge correctly

A little under an hour or thirty the device beeps and stops charging i believe its from overheating which is not a feature listed in the description
