Pros
The best part is that it is really effective and does not give any burps or fishy aftertaste like others. After having the tablet, it gives a wonderful chocolate flavour taste.
It provides a good quantity of epa and dha in the ratio of 3:2 which is quite nice. As per my nutritionist, even the dosage of omega-3 with dha/epa is as per daily recommended dosage.
Helpped me in reducing the joint pains due to workout and also boost energy. Helps to maintain healthy functioning of brain, heart, joints, vision. I find it beneficial for my health after 1-2 months of use.
Cons
The product does exactly the opposite of what they advertised. They have used methyl paraben as a preservative. While it is considered as mostly safe by the fda, there are many tests suggesting carcinogenic(cancer causing) properties in parabens.

For those who are vegetarian this product is really useful to them tablets are easy to swallow flavor is also good but after taking a slight fish test feels like but its less than another available cost wise its worth spending
