Either way it hasnt given my cat any issues either im happy with the purchase and if this wears out ill buy another one
Based on the quality compared to her old collar which despite its poor quality lasted about 5 years i expect this one to last twice as long

I had tried several buckle type collars for my cat and he always managed to get them off so i searched and i found this i ordered it in beige so far been over a month and it has held up well no flaking ir anything else some of the negative reviews mention some also mention its not real leather but lets be honest if it was it would be 30 not 8
