Used three to hold up a large wall mounted cabinet lid. Easy to install and works as expected.

No directions. Much longer than a standard 50n; was not a suitable replacement.

If you are replacing existing struts the rating should be printed on the old cylinder

In my case for kraftmaid cabinets the old struts said 0125n 125 newtons and opened to 10

Either the old struts were not the originals lowes floor display model cabinets or these are overpowered
