Pros & Cons
Pros
It fits in the bag and compresses nicely. This isn't too heavy and you can pack it down small enough to backpack with. The feet zipper is also a nice addition to the bag.
It keeps me warmer on 50° nights than my heavy cotton blanket. Camped on the beach in mid to upper 40s and worked great. Not sure how well it could do below freezing, but for 3 of your 4 seasons its definitely good enough.
Cons
The bag is rated for 20 degrees. At 41 degrees with thermals and eventually pants and 2 sweaters on i still couldn't stay warm. It's not a four season bag unless your winter seasons only get down into the 50s or 60s.
I'm a seasoned backpacker and camper who knows about sleeping bags, never bought one this cheap. They are way too small for a average sized adult. The sleeping bag is fine, but i can't send our 11 year old on a camping trip or sleepover with it.
