Pros

The customer service is exceptional. The packaging-exceeded expectations. The product exceeded my expectation.

The deep warmth is so comfortable you will want to use it often. I love sleeping on a firm surface. The adjustable warmth is a great benefit in that i can adjust the amount of heat depending upon how long i want to stay on the mat.

The medicrystal mat helps my fiibromyalgia symptoms. The mat really works and helps sore muscles. With blankets and pads this product is abselutely amazing.

Instructions are easy to follow - and once plugged in the only thing to be careful with is to not overdo it. Very well packaged with informational guides and instructions to provide helpful faqs.

Cons

The mat works fine until the amethysts start leaking. This leakage not only compromises the biomat's functionality, it turns the mat into a perpetual source of amethyst litter. The product quality feels unworthy of any additional investment.
