Well made i think adjustable which i likeeasy to put oncost was in my budgetwill use sometimes when i plan to be more physical on my legsam older now and need some support in knee so i dont turn the kee too much even in my kitchen i turned it too much so this brace will help im sure this knee brace support provides decent support near the knee without feeling to heavy
