Take tape go around rib cage and then over widest part of breast the lower number is your band size subtract and for nipple measurement 34 band and 41 nipple line 1 inch equals one alphabet letter and voila 34 g

Sizing is by uk sizing when ordering

I ordered a 36f according to my us size and received a 36g in us sizing but it does say 36f for uk sizing
