Pros

I have thick, wavy, frizzy hair and this stuff works great. Hair comes out sooooooo silky. Not only protects my hair, it also gives it a great sheen.

This product definitely speeds up the straightening process. I use it with i blow dry, flat iron and hot comb my hair and it does the trick. Great with flat iron to straighten and smooth my straight hair.

Cons

Leave in conditioner that softens hair but does not smooth out curls or straighten unless hair you use a flat iron of course. Makes your hair flat and oily looking. Even a dot size amount makes her hair a grease blob!
