It isn’t scratchy but it isn’t the softest either and it would be 5 stars with a softer material even if it didn’t have cashmere in it

On the small sized sweater the back length was 24 12 the underarm width 18 14 the bottom width 18 14 and the width from the top sleeve seam across the back was 20
