Pros
It fits the mattress well and with a few added decorative pillows, it definitely looks more like a sofa than daybed. It’s not something to get to impress the in-laws, but it will definitely be comfortable and presentable for general use.
Cons
It's a quilt and not a comforter so it's uncomfortable. My room is purple and grey and the color purple this is is more like a prune. Kind of brownish purple.

But it’s not a real stitch quilted product… they use some sort of heat press process to apply the quilted pattern
