The index marks that i use to figure this all out start out as black but over time the color fades until they are just indents in the rim of the lens

Yes the keychain is kinda flimsy but you can just clip it off if you dont like it

Its not unwieldy but it gives the impression of being a scaledup largeprint version of some other smaller version of itself
