Pros

I suspect it is there to depress another model fan switch. Perfect replacement, it looks and works wonderfully. Fantastic fan sets the standard in their field. Fits like a dream.

Very easy install and application. Installed on 1997 holiday rambled travel trailer. All you’ll need is a drill, phillips bit and you're done.

Before attaching the new dome, align and latch the vent-then screw in the hinge screws. A word about instillation-my vent has a vent lock latch.

Cons

This flimsy cover has a long scratch on the side like a keyed car. The notch on the replacement dome lid misses the plunger switch just enough to bend the plunger.
