Pros
It is very well made, has a flapper and a protective cage from critters getting in. About 2x heavier gauge steel than tinny home depot or lowes china made garbage.
Cons
Damper is off center so it doesn't seal which causes a rattle with certain wind direction.

Like builtin mesh screen do not use for dryers lint on screen may cause fires used on bath exhaust fan sturdy easier to repair flapper at the vent instead of inside the wall on the fan itself

Caution the internal flap is very loud and rattled at low air flow levels
