Every character is a complicated, riveting and nuanced patchwork of humanity. The book is fast-paced and cunning, and i have no complaints about the ending.

This is my first karin * book, and now i’m ready to devour the rest of her works. Her ability to paint such vivid and transformative pictures is phenomenal!

Cons

The book is so woke and covid this and political coop that and more covid bs and dumb parents who don’t comply. The word "mask" appears 102 times followed by "covid" 45 times. I want to read a story, not political drivel.
