Pros & Cons
Pros
Fallen palm is the actual first book written for this series. There are currently 24 books in the jesse mcdermitt series. I really invest myself into reading all i can by that author before leaving too many reviews about their work.
In this second book the box is opened. While the egg is very sad it wasn't a bad reed.
Jesse mcdermitt is an ex-marine living on his own private island in the florida keys. Stinnett definitely has knowledge of the keys and the way of life there.
Cons
More than half of this book is filled with the most miniscule detail of boats and water. This book is a john d. Mcdonald wannabe. It is all over the place and ends with a major thud.
Highlights
Quality
I am pleased with the service and product i received
The parts dealing with the usmc and the bond between other marines applies to all servicemen of most countries
I kind of understand why the author did it but really disappointed none the less
Hate the ending but the describe of what is going on with the characters are sometime dull
Shipping
The action is fast and furious so the reader is carried along wondering what is going to happen next
