Pros

Falksalt produces numerous flavored salt but this is my fave. Adds flavor and have tried the smoked with chipotle flavor as well. Will continue to purchase and would like to try other flavored salts.

Love this salt. Perfect texture. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. Updated july 15, 2022.

We use these on our steaks that we sous vide and it’s amazing. It adds a wonderful pop of flavor to savory dishes. They brighten up any food item you use them on.

Cons

This salt is far too hard for garnishing or finishing. I got stabbed in the gums and had a sore for a day. They are very very salty. I mean like a pinch of it and your food is pretty salty.

Salt is white and not brown indicating little mushroom flavor. Smells like chemical lemon cleaner. It smells like mothballs.

Package seems would be likely to allow moisture in so i’m thinking about repackaging

Nice hefty flakes with a fabuloso smoky finish

Bought 3 mushrooms one but the color is off white unlike in the past tealight brown color
