Pros

Makes my daughter's curly hair, brushable without pain. It smells great and leaves my hair soft and manageable. Works well for my sons hair.

Leave-in conditioner smells really nice, isn't too sticky. The rosemary smell is nice, and my daughter liked it. This stuff smells amazing.

Cons

New infestation in both of my girls was noted yesterday. Somebody in her class has lice and this is not preventing it. This has a floral smell, almost as if they've reused this bottle and replaced with a generic conditioner.
