Pros

Took alot of time to stuff it. Also used painter rags to fill in holes. I'm hesitant to do so though since heavy bags do have limits.

The quality of the punching bag is incredible. It enriches my life and has revitalized my workout regimen. The teardrop bag is really good for knees.

Cons

The black/red bag is not as advertised.
