Mouthpiece seems tad thicker, a little less comfortable. Can still get results in apples of cheeks. Lips are fuller and more pronounced as well.

Cons

This product is great, but it created creases i never even had. Have me a headache and caused pain in my jaw and back of the neck. After months of not using, the negative lines/wrinkles it created are still on my face.

Original was well made and durable; these new ones are cheaply made. It's now very cheaply made, hurts the corners of your mouth (and leaves redness) the device is a little flimsy and not as sturdy as their older versions.

With the addition of this exercise i have beautiful skin and very few wrinkles even in my 60s

I did have to go get rubber bands for braces to replace the band provided but it works great and has great quality

The quality of this isnt great and not very comfortable especially for something that goes in your mouth
