Pros

Very durable, its been dropped on the floor a few times & still keeps on working. Comes with a carrying case and batteries.

Pulse oximeter is very accurate. Qc'd it against the hospital pulse oxs at work &amp. It gives the exact same results as the clinics pulse ox machines.

Quick response time with an intuitive vertical or horizontal display, depending on hand orientation. Seeing how slow or fast my pulse changes/recovers. Always got the same reading as the monitors in the er.

Pulse meter is great too. I love that it has a calibrating thing on the bottom. Easy to use, inexpensive and fairly accurate.

Cons

Cheap flimsy plastic and is not accurate at all. It's not strong enough, plasticity isn't all that great. This makes it pretty much useless for me.
