Pros
Top part of the pillow is extra sturdy, and curves up on each side and the top - presumably to let the person getting the massage slip their hands under it as a place to go. Interior microfiber design is soft and comfortable but much firmer.
Cons
I really wish this one hadn't been the disappointment it has. It's barely functional as a face down massage pillow, not recommended for that use. The flip side of the pillow is just too hard, it's so frustrating!

I find the regular size table face pillows too small for my face but this one is a bit bigger so i don’t feel like i’m having to lie down on my eyes to be able to breathe

Being memory foam it’s very progressive in compression and doesn’t sag

The memory foam is borderline hard and doesnt give very much and the sculpted back side is more comfortable for the contours of the face
