Pros
Overall, highly satisfied with the purchase. It's a little cheaply made, but for the price, it's pretty good. This product is efficient and good at what it does.
It easily gets the balls off sweaters without damaging the garment. It’s also perfect for fleece blankets that get pilling.
Cons
Reviewer bought 2; one works, the other doesn't. It's super generic. Didn't work. Item is not made well.

It comes with a battery compartment but i did not try to use batteries since i plan to use the item infrequently
